The UK Pavilion at Bauma 2016
Although Bauma’s impressive statistics attract visitors, they also mean that in such a massive exhibition space it’s easy for visitors to miss your stand. By exhibiting as part of the UK Pavilion you are part of a large UK branded block of around 40 UK exhibitors – making you much more visible and easier to find for the visitor. In addition, we often find that UK exhibitors actually do business with each other doing the week.
Raise your company profile and fly the flag at Bauma!
UKTI have appointed the CEA, (Construction Equipment Association), to run a high impact, cost effective UK Pavilion at Bauma 2016 and already has a prominent position secured at the event. The CEA strongly believes in the benefits for exhibitors in running a high profile UK Pavilion at exhibitions like Bauma – where small stands can easily become lost amidst the other exhibitors.
Exhibiting on your own at a show like Bauma is not only daunting, but very time consuming and can be incredibly frustrating to organise from a distance, tying your staff up in red tape for months when they could be out selling.
It’s easier – and cheaper to exhibit on the UK Pavilion
The CEA can offer your company the option to book cost effective fully managed, fitted turnkey shell scheme stands at Bauma 2016.
By booking your stand space through the CEA on the UK Pavilion you will benefit from the economies of scale associated with a large Pavilion, which are lower rates than booking direct. In addition, you do not have to pay the €555 Bauma co-exhibitor fee by exhibiting on the UK Pavilion or the advance service fee of €16.50 per sqm. However you must pay the Bauma standing charges which apply to stand space for all exhibitors either in
a national pavilion or exhibiting independently. These will be added to your final invoice as follows:
Waste disposal fee @ €1.5 per sqm = 1.50 €
Auma (German trade levy) per sqm = 0.60 €
Advertising Fee per sqm = 14.00 €
Total extra charges per sqm = 16.10 €
