Hyundai dealer Willowbrook Plant Services is using the forthcoming LAMMA exhibition (21st and 22nd January, East of England Showground Peterborough, UK) to showcase the new Hyundai ‘AG Loader’ which has been designed specifically for the agricultural market. This is the very first time this machine has been seen in the UK.

The standard 15tonne class HL757-9A wheeled loader has a shovel volume of 2.7m³ and 15tonne operating weight with a 2.84m dumping height and a maximum reach of 1.61m.

The Willowbrook Hyundai ‘AG Loader’ has many extras which makes the HL757-9A a great starting point for an agricultural machine!  As standard the machine features, air suspension heated seat, ride control system, a reverse fan, an air pre-cleaner and an integrated weigh loader.

The extras Willowbrook have added to convert the machine into the ‘AG Loader’ include a hydraulic quick coupler, a 3.5 cubic metre grain bucket, a full groenveld auto greasing system, agricultural  Goodyear specification tyres, a blue light reversing system and a flashing orange beacon.   All these features make this machine the perfect choice for an agricultural machine.

More about the HL757-9A Wheeled Loader.

A Tier 4 Interim/EU Stage IIIB Cummins QSB6.7, 149kW six-cylinder engine powers the South Korean-made loader.  The maximum torque of 932Nm is delivered from 1,400rpm, minimising fuel consumption. Five-speed powershift transmission with torque converter lockup starting at second gear minimizes fuel consumption.

Standard on all HHI wheel loaders are various modes of operation. With three engine settings (power, standard, economy), four gearshifting programs and three torque converter modes, the HL757-9A is said to adapt perfectly to the respective application profile. As loaders in the 15tonne class are used for many hours day and night, the cabin of the new HL757-9A features an enlarged area of tinted safety glass – 17 % more compared to the previous generation. The steering column is adjustable in height and tilt to accommodate different driver sizes.

The speed range of the HL757-9A is said by Hyundai to have been carefully designed. In first gear, the machines can travel up to 7 km/h; and in fifth gear up to 40 km/h. The modern middle-class loader has maintenance free wet disc brakes on all four wheels.

Willowbrook Plant is also taking a Hyundai R140LC-9A to the LAMMA Show and e– visit them on stand B131 which is located in the outside area of the show.
